Raw Material Management
Jentech mainly manufactures Heat Spreader, LED Lead Frames, Electronic Parts and Communication Products. The main raw materials used are copper, iron, silver and plastic. An accurate control on the
consumption of raw materials can help evaluate the efficiency of the usage of the raw materials and the
product quality. Through the supplier evaluation system, Jentech promotes to the suppliers the concept of energy saving, carbon reduction and environmental protection and reduces the usage of packaging and delivery materials, constantly moving towards the goal of producing green products.
Recycled Raw Material Management
The waste materials generated in the manufacturing process of Jentech include copper, iron, and plastic,
all of which are bought and recycled by qualified handling companies. Part of the raw materials
contained within can be reused through the system of a second-time processing and recycling to increase the percentage of recycled raw material in the manufacturing process.
Guarantee on Non-usage of Conflict Metals
Based on CSR and ethics, in view that metals such as Au, Ta, W, Co, Pd and Sn come directly from the mines in the conflict areas controlled by the non-governmental military groups or illegal military factions of the Republic of the Congo and that those groups gain illegal mining profits by plundering from citizens, resulting in a violation of human rights and deterioration of the environment, Jentech actively echoes the global boycott against conflict metals in order to ensure social justice and environmental protection.
Jentech uses the guarantee letters to require suppliers to guarantee to:

Immediately inform Jentech in the event a conflict metal is used in the objects provided to Jentech.

Conduct commercially reasonable investigation within the supply chain to ensure that the metals used in the objects provided to Jentech did not stem from the conflict areas.
Guarantee on Non-usage of Rare Earth Elements
In order to prevent the loss of soil, dust pollution and the exhaustion of rare natural resources, Jentech requires that the products provided by the suppliers shall not contain the following elements: La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, To, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and the two elements closely related to those 15 elements - Sc and Y.
Compliance with RoHS and REACH Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) Assurance
All products, components, raw materials, and packaging materials provided to Jentech must not contain substances harmful to humans and must comply with the following regulations:
