 Pay Equality 
Our company has established a “Compensation Committee” to provide employees with competitive remuneration. Through transparent and equitable compensation policies, we share the company’s operational performance with our employees.

For entry-level specialists in the same job category, all new hires receive equal compensation. For individuals with relevant professional expertise and work experience, their remuneration is determined based on their educational background, work experience, skills, and certifications. There is no differentiation based on gender or ethnicity.
